At Testers Hub, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion policy, developers and testers can request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data directly via this web page without needing to have the mobile app installed.
Submit Web Account Deletion Request
Enter the email address associated with your Testers Hub account. Upon verification, your account, registered apps, feedback, and coins balance will be permanently erased.
1. What Data Is Permanently Deleted?
When your deletion request is processed, the following categories of data are purged immediately and permanently from our servers:
- Profile & Authentication: User ID, email, username, display name, avatar, and hashed authentication records.
- Application Listings: All registered package names, Google Play store URLs, testing instructions, and uploaded app icons.
- Testing & Activity History: Complete testing sessions, checklists, written feedback, and star ratings submitted or received.
- Squad & Pack Memberships: Your membership in 14-day testing squads, chat messages, and internal peer status.
- Virtual Currency Balances: All remaining Coins and Credits balances associated with your profile.
2. What Data Is Retained (If Any) & Why?
We do not sell or monetize personal information. In strict compliance with financial regulations, consumer protection laws, and Google Play In-App Billing policies, the following minimal records are retained:
- Financial Transaction Logs: Google Play In-App Purchase order identifiers and receipt timestamps must be retained for accounting, tax compliance, and anti-fraud verification for the statutory legal retention period. These records do not contain personal contact data.
3. Deleting Directly Within the Mobile App
If you currently have the Testers Hub app installed on your Android device, you can also delete your account instantly in real time:
- Open the Testers Hub app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Tap Settings ⚙️.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt. Your account will be purged immediately.
